Midlevel associate opportunity in a national labor, employment & immigration practice with West Coast offices including Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Anchorage. The role offers hands-on responsibility and direct client contact advising employers on traditional labor matters.

Work will include representation in union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice matters and proceedings before the NLRB, together with counseling on labor and employment compliance. The team-oriented practice emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and hybrid/flexible work arrangements.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
4–6 years of relevant labor & employment experience (law firm, government agency, or comparable setting)
Experience handling traditional labor matters, collective bargaining, and NLRB proceedings
Strong legal writing, advocacy, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced practice
