Top-tier international firm seeks an associate to join its Global Employment & Labor practice advising multinational clients on US and cross-border employment and labor matters. The role focuses on counseling global in-house teams, supporting cross-border workforce projects, and advising on transactional employment issues arising in M&A and restructurings.

The position is open to junior-level candidates (up to 2 years' experience) and may be based in the firm's Chicago, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. Candidates will work on multi-jurisdictional, multidisciplinary teams and should be comfortable collaborating with culturally diverse colleagues across time zones.

0–2 years post-qualification experience in employment & labor law (recent graduates welcome)
Experience in employment counseling and exposure to transactional matters (M&A/restructuring) preferred
Familiarity with cross-border/international employment issues
Strong academic record, excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
Admission and good standing in the state where the role is based (or intent to sit for the bar if a recent graduate)
Ability to work effectively on global, multidisciplinary teams
