Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced employment associate to join its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience in employment counseling and/or litigation to work with a top-tier practice.

Key responsibilities will include advising clients on employment matters and handling employment litigation, with a focus on restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage and hour issues, and class action defense.

The ideal candidate will have:

4 to 7 years of employment law experience
Experience with restrictive covenant and trade secret matters (preferred)
Experience with wage and hour or class action litigation (preferred)
Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Strong academic background
Active membership in the California Bar
