We are seeking an experienced associate to join a dynamic labor and employment team in San Francisco. The practice handles high-exposure and otherwise sensitive employment matters for major employers, offering significant responsibility and direct client contact.

The work spans a broad range of sophisticated employment disputes, including wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions, executive and other significant single-plaintiff matters, and high-profile trade secrets and non-compete disputes. The team also advises on Sarbanes-Oxley and other whistleblower protection claims, conducts workplace investigations, and handles workplace safety litigation.

Candidates with a strong litigation background and a genuine interest in employment law will thrive in this collaborative environment. We are open to talented general litigators who bring relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in employment litigation.

Law school class years 2018 through 2023
Three or more years of litigation experience at a peer law firm, including employment matters
Experience with or strong interest in employment litigation, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, trade secrets, whistleblower, and workplace safety matters
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
General litigators with relevant experience and interest in employment litigation are encouraged to apply
