- JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in employee benefits, equity-based and executive compensation
- Practical experience with proxy disclosures, employment/severance agreements, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
- Strong drafting, oral communication and analytical skills
