Join a national practice group focused on compensation and employee benefits. The role involves advising on equity- and executive-compensation matters, proxy disclosure, employment and severance agreements, and tax-sensitive plan issues.

Day-to-day work includes counseling on IRC Sections 280G and 409A, supporting transactional work (M&A and IPO matters) and preparing related documentation and disclosures.   • JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in employee benefits, equity-based and executive compensation
  • Practical experience with proxy disclosures, employment/severance agreements, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
  • Strong drafting, oral communication and analytical skills
