The role focuses on counseling clients on compensation and benefits issues in complex corporate transactions and on day-to-day advice for growth-stage and public companies.
Ideal candidates will work closely with cross-functional deal teams and provide practical, commercially focused guidance on equity compensation, executive pay, and employee benefit plan considerations. There are opportunities to engage with technology and life‑sciences clients and their investors.

- J.D. and 2–4 years of experience at a law firm with experience on compensation and benefits matters (transactional counseling preferred)
- Admission to the State Bar of the state where the candidate will be located (required)
- Excellent oral and written communication, legal research, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Experience or interest in advising growth‑stage technology and life‑sciences companies; experience with qualified retirement and health & welfare plans a plus
