Senior associate role in a national law firm’s Compensation & Benefits practice, based in Los Angeles. The team advises on executive and equity-based compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance arrangements, tax-sensitive provisions (including IRC Sections 280G and 409A), and compensation aspects of M&A and public offerings.

You'll join a collaborative group handling transactional and disclosure work for corporate clients. The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, parental and fertility support, and structured benefits orientation for new hires.

3–6 years of post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits or executive compensation practice
Experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and compensation issues in M&A and IPOs
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical and oral communication skills
J.D. and active bar admission (or ability to become licensed)
