Growing national litigation practice seeks a 3-year PQE associate to join its Boston defense litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial and franchise litigation, with opportunities across related areas such as insurance coverage, professional liability, and general liability.

Successful candidates will work on all phases of litigation, including motion practice, depositions and hearings, and will have client-facing responsibilities. The team emphasizes mentorship, professional development and collaborative case work.

Approximately 3 years of litigation experience, including complex commercial and/or franchise litigation
Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
Strong litigation, drafting, research and courtroom advocacy skills
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision; prior law clerk experience preferred
