This role offers the opportunity to advise on condominium and co-op governance, offering plans, conversions, board and shareholder matters, and related transactional work, within a team that includes attorneys with extensive public- and private-sector experience in New York real estate.
The position reports into the New York real estate practice and will involve client counseling, drafting and negotiation of documents, and coordination with other practice areas as needed.
- Law degree and admission to the New York bar (or impending admission)
- Experience advising on condominium and cooperative governance, offering plans, conversions, or related residential real estate matters
- Strong drafting and transactional skills, and ability to manage client communications
- Comfort working in a high-volume NYC real estate practice and collaborating across teams
