Conflicts Attorney — Compliance & Regulatory, New York City

An established international law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Conflicts Team in New York City. This role supports the firm’s risk-management function and will work closely with the Office of General Counsel to review and analyze conflict reports for business intake (new clients and matters) and lateral hires.

The position offers a flexible remote schedule with periodic office visits for training and team meetings. The role is primarily evening-shift based (approx. 4:00 PM–12:00 AM) to align with intake workflows.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active New York bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
• Experience in conflicts screening, matter intake, or related compliance/risk functions preferred
• Strong attention to detail, legal research and analysis skills
• Comfort working an evening shift (4:00 PM–12:00 AM) and occasionally onsite for training/meetings
