Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a law firm's Office of General Counsel to support the Conflicts Department. The role focuses on reviewing and analyzing conflicts-check reports for new matters, lateral attorney hires, and legal support staff, and working with firm attorneys and staff to resolve and clear conflicts of interest.

This is a non-billable position that regularly uses conflicts-check software (Aderant Expert experience preferred). The role is offered on a hybrid schedule and includes standard employee benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with any state bar
Minimum of 3 years' experience in conflicts screening or related role preferred
At least 1 year cumulative experience conducting lateral-hire conflicts checks preferred
Experience with Aderant Expert preferred but not required; strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
