Primary responsibilities include managing and trying employment cases (including class/collective and wage‑and‑hour matters), representing employers in court, arbitration and administrative forums, handling mediations, and delivering trainings and preventive counseling to employer clients.
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 9+ years of employment litigation experience, with significant first‑chair and case management experience
- Current Texas Bar admission in good standing
- Experience supervising associates and paralegals, with strong delegation and feedback skills
- In‑depth knowledge of state and federal agency procedures and employment law developments
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and project management skills
