Our client, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its premier Restructuring Practice in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, or New York.

Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of law firm experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization, and asset dispositions) and out-of-court workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with strong communication skills.

Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required.

At least 10 years of law firm experience in restructuring and creditors' rights, including Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
Experience representing secured lenders and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including DIP financing, cash collateral use, plans of reorganization, and asset dispositions.
Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
