A leading US law firm is seeking a Consumer Litigation Counsel to join its litigation and labor & employment practices, managing a high-volume docket of single-plaintiff consumer litigation matters. This is a full-time, non-partnership-track role offered on a remote basis, with the option to work from a local office depending on location.

The position offers substantial responsibility and direct engagement with challenging cases. You will work alongside senior attorneys, take the lead in managing cases from intake through resolution, and play a meaningful role in shaping case strategy. This is an opportunity to handle groundbreaking matters with real autonomy.

Attorneys in this role are not expected to take on non-billable work, supporting a predictable schedule and healthy work-life integration. The firm provides comprehensive training, CLE initiatives, internal professional development programs, industry credentialing, and hands-on mentorship from partners.

At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single-plaintiff work
Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred
Background in general litigation or labor & employment litigation preferred
Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
