We are seeking an experienced conflicts clearance attorney to join a large, national law firm's Office of the General Counsel. The role is responsible for managing new business intake and conflicts analyses, drafting waivers and ethical walls, and advising attorneys and staff on ethical obligations and conflicts issues.

This is a multi-office, primarily remote/hybrid opportunity with a requirement to work West Coast hours. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation for urgent conflicts inquiries and offers regular interaction with fee earners and business intake teams to ensure timely, compliant matter openings.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in conflicts management, legal ethics, or related compliance work within a large law firm or comparable environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct and strong ethical judgment
Excellent legal research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail
Comfort with databases and standard office software; ability to learn new systems
Ability to work West Coast hours, participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, and handle confidential and time-sensitive matters
