Join a national conflicts and business intake team supporting a large international law firm's General Counsel's office. The role focuses on reviewing new business intake, advising on conflicts and professional responsibility issues, and drafting engagement and waiver documentation to ensure matters comply with firm policies before acceptance.

This is a collaborative position working with the new business intake leadership and a team of Conflicts & Ethics Attorneys. The role may include onboarding of transferring matters, occasional travel to a regional office, periodic on-call coverage, and flexible/remote work options subject to location approval.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active law license in the candidate's jurisdiction.
Minimum ~3 years' post-J.D. legal experience; prior conflicts/ethics experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication, critical thinking, and knowledge of rules of professional conduct.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure; responsive and sound judgment.
