Construction Defect Associate — Costa Mesa

Growing construction litigation team in Costa Mesa is seeking an associate with 1–7 years of litigation experience to handle construction defect and related insurance-defense matters. The role involves case management, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial work within a national construction practice.

Admissions: must be admitted to the California Bar. Candidates with insurance-defense experience are preferred, but strong commercial litigation backgrounds with excellent research and writing skills will be considered. The group offers collaborative mentoring and opportunities for courtroom exposure.

• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with construction defect or insurance-defense matters
• Admission to the California Bar
• Strong legal research, drafting and motion practice skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage caseloads and work collaboratively in a team setting
