Work will include handling first-party property and general liability coverage disputes, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and litigating in state and federal courts. The team values strong litigation instincts, collaboration, and high-quality legal writing and research.

8–15 years of post-qualification experience handling insurance coverage or related civil litigation
Admission to the California Bar required
Experience preparing coverage opinions and litigating coverage/bad-faith matters—depositions, hearings, and motion practice
Excellent legal research and writing skills; ability to manage complex matters and interact with insurer clients
