Our Orange County office is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first-party property and general liability matters.

The role involves litigation, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills are required.

The practice focuses on interpreting contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

At least 8-15 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis and coverage opinions
Litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, and motions
Strong research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar
