Construction Defect Attorney — Walnut Creek

Growing construction litigation team in Walnut Creek is seeking an associate to handle construction defect and related general liability matters. The role focuses on insurance-defense litigation across all phases of litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitration and trial work.

The team handles high-exposure construction and catastrophic-injury matters and offers collaborative mentoring from experienced trial attorneys. Candidates with insurance-defense experience are preferred; strong litigators from other practice areas with excellent research and writing skills will also be considered.

Admission to the California Bar is required. The firm offers competitive compensation, benefits and a hybrid work arrangement.
