Growing regional office seeks an associate to join a broad healthcare and medical malpractice defense practice. The role focuses on representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, handling medical-malpractice litigation across multiple specialties.

Admission to practice in California.
1–15 years' litigation experience; medical-malpractice defense experience preferred.
Comfort drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
