Join a collaborative construction & engineering team in Birmingham within a large international law firm. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters, with opportunities for direct client contact and varied project work across infrastructure, process and engineering sectors.

The team advises on standard UK and international contract forms and handles dispute resolution across litigation, arbitration, adjudication and other ADR forums. The office supports flexible and hybrid working and promotes career progression and involvement in business development.

Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in construction & engineering law
Experience in contentious and/or non‑contentious matters; comfortable with standard forms (e.g. NEC4, JCT, FIDIC) and bespoke contracts
Practical experience of dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, adjudication) and strong drafting and advocacy skills
Commercial mindset, client‑facing experience and interest in business development; ability to work collaboratively in a team
