Seeking a construction litigation attorney to join a national, full-service law firm’s Boston office. The group handles a broad range of construction disputes and offers flexible work arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid options for qualified candidates.

The role involves managing litigation files, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, leading written discovery, and supporting hearings and trial preparation. Candidates will work collaboratively with teams and have opportunities for client-facing responsibilities.
