Senior construction lawyer with a strong litigation practice sought to join a highly regarded national firm’s Toronto office. The role is litigation-focused and will handle complex construction disputes across public and private sectors.

The firm is open to both established partners with a portable practice and ambitious junior partners ready to develop their book. The position combines client-facing work, courtroom advocacy, and business development responsibilities.

Proven construction litigation experience handling complex disputes (including contract, delay, defects and related remedies).
Portable book of business or demonstrable ability to develop significant origination (portable practice required).
Strong courtroom and advocacy skills, with experience managing matters from pleadings through trial or arbitration.
Commercial judgment, client relationship skills and appetite for business development.
