Construction Site Accident Attorney — New York

We are seeking an attorney to join a busy New York construction defense team handling serious construction-site injury matters under New York Labor Law. The practice defends owners, developers, contractors, insurers and other construction-industry clients in complex catastrophic-injury litigation.

The role involves managing discovery and pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The team offers substantial resources and a collaborative environment; the position is a mix of independent case ownership and teamwork.

• Admitted to the New York bar.
• 1–15 years' experience defending construction-accident matters alleging violations of NY Labor Law §§200, 240, 241.
• Proven experience drafting/ responding to discovery and initial pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
