Top-tier national law firm seeks a litigation associate to join its Product Liability and Mass Torts team in New York. The role offers hands-on responsibility across all phases of complex, multi-party litigation involving consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and related toxic-tort matters.

The position is based in the New York office and is collaborative and fast-paced, with opportunities to manage discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial-preparation work while developing client‑facing skills and courtroom advocacy.

2–5 years' litigation experience (product liability, toxic tort, mass tort or consumer‑product litigation preferred)
Proven experience in all phases of litigation: pleadings, written discovery and productions, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Strong research, writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage complex matters independently and to develop litigation strategy
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Admission to the New York Bar required; federal court experience preferred
