Seeking an experienced insurance recovery associate to join a nationally recognized insurance recovery and counseling practice. The role focuses on policyholder-side work handling complex coverage disputes, recovery matters, and strategic counseling across a range of industries.

Responsibilities include representing corporate policyholders in coverage litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; advising clients on recovery strategy; analyzing commercial insurance policies and endorsements; drafting coverage analyses, motions and briefs; and managing discovery and trial preparation in coordination with clients, brokers, insurers and defense counsel.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in insurance recovery, coverage litigation, or policyholder-side counseling
Proven experience representing policyholders on first- and third-party coverages (e.g., D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI)
Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting; high professionalism and attention to detail
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or ability to obtain admission promptly) to the applicable state bar
Federal clerkship experience is a plus
