Short-term (6 month) consulting role for an experienced loans lawyer to join a transaction management team in London. The role will run mid-market loan processes end-to-end, managing timelines, documentation and stakeholder communication.

You will work closely with the wider transaction management team and senior internal stakeholders, providing hands-on support across documentation, credit and closing activities. This is a practical, delivery-focused role suitable for a self-starting lawyer who prefers transactional, process-driven work.

The engagement offers flexible consulting arrangements with the backing of a major international firm, providing exposure to mid-market UK/EMEA lending matters.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Experience in UK/EMEA mid-market loans or banking transactions preferred
Proven ability to run a mid-market loans process from start to finish, managing documentation and timelines
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and excellent written and verbal communication
