Short-term consulting roles for an experienced banking & finance lawyer based in Singapore. You will join a panel of specialists supporting a range of mandates across general lending, leveraged and real‑estate finance, subscription facilities and Asian syndicated loan transactions, often using APLMA-style documentation.

Assignments are typically project-based (commonly two to six months), require a minimum commitment (around four days per week) and range from hands-on transaction support to senior manager roles on major deals or regulatory implementations. Opportunities to support internal teams on an ad-hoc basis may also be available.

Right to live and work in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum of 3 years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance at a top‑tier law firm
Practical experience in Asian syndicated loan markets, leveraged finance, real estate finance, subscription lines and APLMA documentation
Strong commercial acumen, client‑service focus and ability to operate autonomously across multi‑jurisdictional teams
