Experienced banking & finance lawyers are being invited to join a flexible consulting panel supporting high-value regional mandates across Asia. Assignments typically run two to six months, require a minimum four-day week and range from secondment-style roles to leading transaction or regulatory implementation projects.

The role suits technically strong advisors with practical experience across syndicated lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and subscription-line facilities in Asian markets. Consultants will work with multi‑national teams on complex financings and regulatory matters, often stepping into senior delivery roles on short notice.

Right to work and reside in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance at a top‑tier law firm
Practical experience in Asian syndicated loan markets, leveraged finance and related documentation (APLMA experience advantageous)
In‑house or secondee experience with financial institutions or corporates preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Asian markets, excellent communication and client service skills
Self‑starter, resilient and able to lead within complex multi‑functional projects
