Short-term consultancy role supporting a major insurance practice in Singapore. The role provides hands-on legal support across regulatory, commercial and operational insurance matters, including drafting and negotiating insurance documentation and advising on regulatory developments.

You will work closely with business, legal, compliance and risk teams, provide day-to-day legal advice, and support strategic initiatives such as post-acquisition integration, governance and process harmonisation where needed. The role offers access to firm resources, training and a sponsoring partner while on assignment.

Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience.
Substantial experience in the insurance sector (private practice or in-house), including advising insurers, reinsurers or intermediaries.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory and commercial matters and experience with drafting and negotiation of insurance agreements.
Experience with post‑M&A integration, business transformation or restructuring projects desirable.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
