Experienced projects lawyer sought for consulting assignments focused on project development, project finance, and power & infrastructure work in Singapore. The role sits on a legal consulting panel delivering short- to medium-term placements with corporates, financial institutions and law-practice teams.

Assignments typically range from a few months to around a year and can be structured part-time (commonly four days per week) or full-time depending on client need. Work will include in-house secondments, standalone project support and ad-hoc resourcing for complex cross-border matters.

Consultants receive dedicated panel support, access to firm training and knowledge resources, and opportunities to join internal networks and development programmes while working with a variety of clients and teams.

Right to reside and work in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance / project development at a top-tier law firm
Strong technical project finance knowledge; Asian experience preferred
In-house secondment or in-house experience at a financial institution/corporate is advantageous
Self-starter comfortable building a consulting career; strong client-service orientation, communication and stakeholder skills
Commercially minded, resilient, adaptable and highly organised
