Senior consulting role on a global consultant panel focused on derivatives, structured finance and securitisations. Short-to-medium term assignments (typically 2–6 months) supporting transactional, regulatory and implementation work across OTC derivatives, structured credit, structured equity and commodity-related financings.

Consultants work on high‑level projects for regional and international clients, often in multi‑jurisdictional teams. Assignments are usually on a flexible, project basis with the opportunity to support internal teams on an ad‑hoc basis.

Right to work and reside in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in derivatives/structured finance at a top‑tier law firm
Proven technical experience in OTC transactional/advisory work, securitisations (cash and synthetic), structured credit and equity derivatives
Comfortable operating autonomously on short/medium‑term assignments; strong commercial sense, communication and stakeholder management skills
Prepared to set up a Personal Services Company (PSC) where required; ability to work a minimum of four days per week on typical assignments
