Experienced finance lawyer sought for a consultant panel serving short-to-medium term assignments (typically six months or more) across capital markets, M&A and structured finance. You will deliver high-quality legal advice on cross-border and Asia-focused matters, working directly with clients or alongside internal practice teams.

Right to work and reside in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in relevant finance/corporate areas
Strong technical knowledge in capital markets, M&A and/or structured finance; Asia experience preferred
In‑house or secondee experience at corporate/financial services institutions advantageous
Excellent academic record, strong commercial awareness and client-service focus
Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously across multi-national project teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; resilient and adaptable
