Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Willingness to operate via a Personal Services Company / consultant structure
Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in finance-related work
Strong technical background in derivatives, structured finance and banking; Asian experience preferred
In-house secondment or in-house legal experience at a bank or corporate is advantageous
Self-starter with excellent communication, client-service orientation and commercial awareness
