National law firm with multiple U.S. offices is seeking a Consumer Finance Litigation Senior Counsel to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets team. This is a multi-office / remote-eligible role; candidates licensed and residing in CA, FL, NJ, NY, or OH are strongly preferred.

The role focuses on defending financial-services clients in state and federal courts and requires working knowledge of federal and state consumer protection statutes, including FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA. Experience representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet-title matters, title disputes, and related claims is highly desirable.

At least 8 years of relevant litigation experience in consumer finance or financial services defense
Experience in state and federal courts; familiarity with FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, and other consumer-protection laws
Experience with mortgage-servicing or origination disputes (foreclosure, quiet title, title claims) preferred
Active bar license in the state of employment or commitment to obtain one promptly; remote applicants must be licensed in their state of residence
Strong judgment, written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
