Apply in confidence →We are seeking an experienced real estate finance counsel to join a multi-office US practice. The role involves advising on commercial real estate financings, loan documentation, workouts and related due diligence across a range of property types and lenders.
The position is open across multiple offices and will work closely with transactional teams and lending clients to draft and negotiate loan documents, manage closings, and support business development initiatives.
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
- Several years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance or commercial lending
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, mortgages, intercreditor agreements and related securities
- Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage closings and due diligence
