Special Counsel, Real Estate — New York

Senior real estate counsel role in a major New York office, supporting complex real estate transactions across finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. The role will work on matters for both borrowers and lenders and may involve debt- or equity-focused mandates.

The team seeks an experienced lawyer used to high-value, sophisticated transactions with exposure to financing structures and joint-venture arrangements. The position offers significant transactional responsibility within a large, market-leading practice group.

• Significant transactional real estate experience, including real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
• Experience acting for borrowers and/or lenders; debt or equity-focused experience a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior experience at a peer large law firm preferred
