Join a major New York real estate practice as a Knowledge Management Lawyer supporting the real estate group’s knowledge strategy, content, and technology initiatives. You will work with KM leadership, practice attorneys, and analytics teams to develop precedents, checklists, matter data, dashboards, and other knowledge resources that improve efficiency and client service.

The role emphasizes practical deployment of legal technology and AI-powered tools: evaluating and piloting solutions, supporting attorney adoption, designing prompts and workflows, and delivering trainings. You will also produce practice intelligence and materials to support pitches, client engagement, and internal learning.

J.D. required
3–5 years of real estate practice experience in a large law firm
Familiarity with knowledge management, document/precedent systems, and experience or strong interest in legal technology and AI
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and client-service orientation
