Apply in confidence →Join a national capital markets practice as a Knowledge Management (KM) attorney focused on training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation. The role sits at the intersection of capital markets expertise and applied AI, translating practice knowledge into AI-powered tools, workflows and attorney-facing resources.
The attorney will partner with capital markets leaders and firm-wide innovation/KM teams to design and deliver trainings, maintain precedent and client-ready materials, produce timely market and regulatory updates, and support business development content. A key focus is developing, testing and deploying AI-enabled systems (prompt architecture, agentic workflows, structured knowledge) to scale partner-level judgment across matters.
This is a collaborative, high-impact role requiring strong substantive capital markets experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and curiosity about legal technology and AI-driven delivery.
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in securities law and capital markets transactions
- Strong working knowledge of the 1933 and 1934 Acts, Delaware corporate law and public company governance
- Familiarity with equity (IPOs, follow-ons) and debt offerings and public company disclosure
- Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills; experience producing client-ready materials and training content
- Genuine interest in AI/legal technology; comfort with large language models and willingness to develop hands-on prompt and workflow skills
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience in KM or implementing KM resources is a plus
