Special Counsel, Health Law Practice (Managed Care & PBMs)

Senior transactional role within a national health law team, supporting matters for health plans and entities across the pharmaceutical supply chain. The position will focus on commercial contracting and contract administration for PBMs, pharmacy networks, rebate arrangements and related vendor agreements.

Hiring for a seat in New York or Washington, DC; the role will lead contracting lifecycles, supervise associates, serve as a primary client contact, and provide regulatory and operational counseling on managed care and pharmacy benefit matters. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

• JD (or LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in New York or Washington, DC
• Substantial transactional experience with managed care, PBMs, or the pharmaceutical supply chain, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and client-facing skills; ability to supervise junior lawyers and manage multiple workflows
