The position will focus on commercial contracting and contract administration for PBMs, pharmacy networks, rebate arrangements and related vendor agreements.
Hiring for a seat in New York or Washington, DC; the role will lead contracting lifecycles, supervise associates, serve as a primary client contact, and provide regulatory and operational counseling on managed care and pharmacy benefit matters. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
- JD (or LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to or eligible for admission in New York or Washington, DC
- Substantial transactional experience with managed care, PBMs, or the pharmaceutical supply chain, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and client-facing skills; ability to supervise junior lawyers and manage multiple workflows
