Senior Associate / Counsel, Real Estate — New York

A New York office is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel with a focus on commercial real estate finance and lender-side representation. The role will handle complex financing matters, including drafting loan documentation and conducting title and survey diligence.

The successful candidate will independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing, working closely with deal teams and external parties. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume transactional practice are required.

• 6+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance or lender representation
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and conducting title and survey diligence
• Ability to manage transactions independently from structuring through closing
• Excellent academic record and strong written/verbal interpersonal skills
