Tax Credit Senior Counsel — Tax

National law firm seeking a Tax Credit Senior Counsel to join its Tax Credit Finance & Development team. This role focuses on tax credit work with an emphasis on New Markets Tax Credits and real estate finance transactions.

The firm will consider candidates for multiple U.S. offices and a virtual option; candidates based in St. Louis are strongly preferred. Applicants should hold or be prepared to obtain an active bar license in the state of the office to which they apply.

• Minimum eight years of tax credit experience
• Demonstrated experience with New Markets Tax Credits
• Experience in real estate finance and related tax structuring
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one promptly
