- Qualified solicitor with minimum c.7 years' post‑qualification experience in contentious construction law.
- Proven experience on disputes under JCT, NEC and other standard form/bespoke construction contracts.
- Track record supervising and developing junior fee earners and taking lead roles on matters.
- Strong technical background in construction law with commercial awareness across public and private sector projects.
- Excellent academic record (minimum 2:1 degree) and strong communication and client management skills.
