Join a national real estate practice as a Senior or Principal Associate focused on distressed and special-situation property work. You will advise on accelerated disposals, pre-pack and insolvency-driven transactions, and acquisitions/disposals for lenders, investors, private equity and corporates.

The role involves supporting restructurings and insolvency practitioners on property-heavy reorganisations and asset realisation, managing short-timetable transactions with complex title, occupational and financing issues, and advising on corporate restructuring matters with a significant real estate element.

You will work closely with colleagues across restructuring & insolvency, banking and corporate teams and with offices in other cities to deliver joined-up, commercial solutions across sectors including retail, hospitality, industrial, development and residential.

Qualified solicitor with substantive real estate experience at senior associate / principal level.
Experience advising on distressed, insolvency-related or accelerated property transactions (pre-packs, disposals, asset realisation).
Strong drafting and negotiating skills for leases, options and sale contracts; comfortable with complex title and financing issues.
Ability to work on multi-disciplinary, fast-paced matters and collaborate across restructuring, banking and corporate teams.
