Corporate Associate — Affordable Housing (multiple US offices)

Seeking a transactional corporate associate to join a multidisciplinary affordable housing team. The role supports real estate and finance matters specific to affordable housing projects, including tax-credit financings, layered public and private funding, and project-based joint ventures.

This is a multi-office U.S. opportunity on a collaborative team that advises developers, sponsors and investors on structuring, documenting and closing affordable housing transactions. The position offers client-facing responsibility, hands-on drafting and close coordination with tax, finance and construction colleagues.

• Prior experience on affordable housing transactions (LIHTC, tax-credit, or similar) preferred
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills (escrows, financing agreements, joint venture docs)
• Familiarity with layered public/private funding structures and lender requirements
• Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple offices
