Seeking a U.S.-based attorney to join an investment funds practice group in a cross-office role focused on legal technology, AI, and knowledge management. The role sits at the intersection of transactional fund work and product-focused innovation to design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows and tools for fund practitioners.

The attorney will partner with lawyers, technologists, and practice support teams to build agentic workflows, prompt libraries, document automation, and guidance materials; lead pilots and training; and translate substantive fund expertise into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

This is a collaborative, practice-facing position that requires substantive credibility in investment funds work, an innovator's mindset, and the ability to operationalize new tools and processes across offices.

J.D. or equivalent and admission in good standing in the U.S. jurisdiction where based
3–5 years of experience in investment funds or related transactional practice
Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technology and a clear perspective on applications to fund workflows
Experience translating legal expertise into workflows, templates, or tools; personal or professional coding/tech-building experience highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, discretion with confidential information, and project-management skills
