The San Francisco office seeks a mid-level associate to join the transactional group supporting venture capital, private equity and corporate clients across the energy and climate sector. The role offers exposure to cross-border and institutional investor matters within a market-leading practice.

4–6 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions (venture capital, private equity, M&A, or IPOs)
Strong academics and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Active member of the California State Bar
Experience with deal execution, drafting transactional documents and coordinating due diligence
