Corporate Associate (M&A) — Birmingham

Join a growing corporate team in Birmingham as an experienced Associate handling domestic and cross‑border M&A and related corporate transactions. The role offers exposure to a wide range of buy‑side and sell‑side work, private equity investments and strategic corporate advisory for UK and international clients.

The team delivers high‑quality, commercially focused advice and operates in a collaborative, supportive environment with clear opportunities for development and progression. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex deals and be encouraged to take ownership of matters and client relationships.

• Qualified solicitor/advocate with approximately 3–5 years PQE in corporate/M&A work.
• Proven transaction experience (M&A, private equity or equity capital markets) and demonstrable deal track record.
• Strong academic background, excellent drafting and communication skills, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships; international experience preferred.
