Corporate Senior Associate — Birmingham

Senior associate role in a busy corporate team based in Birmingham (hybrid working). The post offers hands-on transactional work across M&A, private equity and wider corporate matters, with opportunities to take ownership of deals and to support and mentor junior lawyers.

The team advises on UK and cross-border transactions and is growing its Midlands presence; this role is aimed at an ambitious lawyer who wants a clear path to senior promotion and who will contribute to the team's market development.

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate transactional work
• Proven experience on M&A and private equity transactions and comfortable managing matters
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and client-facing ability
