Join a high-performing corporate team advising a diverse client base, including corporates, financial investors and fast-growth businesses. The role offers exposure to both domestic and cross-border transactional and advisory matters.

This position is open to Newly Qualified solicitors or those up to 2 PQE. You will work closely with senior lawyers, take early responsibility on transactions, have direct client contact and support M&A, private equity and group structuring work.

The role is hybrid-based in Birmingham with an expectation of greater office presence than remote working (approximately a 60:40 split). The team encourages professional development and involvement in business development and internal initiatives.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–2 PQE) with a seat or experience in corporate law.
Practical exposure to corporate transactions, ideally including M&A and/or private equity work.
Strong drafting skills, commercial approach and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with client-facing experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and strong academic background.
